Fiona Allen

About Fiona

Fiona joined the DWSC team in 2020 as Chief Instructor. Previously she worked for a sailing holiday company. Fiona started sailing & raced toppers and 29ers. She is also a keen windsurfer.

Dan Fox

Instructor Qualifications: Senior Dinghy Instructor with Race endorsement, Powerboat Instructor with Safety endorsement

About Dan

Dan is a student at Brunel University. He sails Laser 4000 but is sometimes seen sailing a Laser when he can't find a crew.

Natalya Williams

About Natalya

Natalya is a keen racer, competing internationally in Lasers. She learnt to sail at the age of 6 in Spain. She has sailed many different types of boats includng Optimists, Teras, Toppers, Lasers, Fevas, and a Wayfarer in lots of different places.

Arabella Sabberton

Instructor Qualifications: Dinghy Instructor, Race Coach L2

About Arabella

Arabella has been around boats her whole life. She is a keen racer currently competing at a National and International level in Laser Radials. She ha been selected for Topper, Laser 4.7 and Nacra 15 RYA National Squads.

Tasha Grey

Instructor Qualifications: Dinghy Instructor

About Tasha

Tasha learnt to sail at DWSC where she did all of the youth stages before becoming an Assistant Dinghy Instructor and then a Dinghy Instructor.

Mike Bennett

Instructor Qualifications: Senior Dinghy Instructor (soon to be a Powerboat Instructor after the lockdown)

About Mike

Mike started sailing at age 6. He crewed for his dad in an Enterprise. His favourite boat is an RS200. He also enjoys Stand up Paddleboarding.

Lucy Hellewell

About Lucy

Lucy didn't initially want to learn to sail but she was soon a big fan. She loves sailing the Bahia or a Feva.
